My name is Ashley! I’m a healer, therapist, doula, educator, and Licensed Social Worker; I believe that choosing to heal is a radical act of self-love. My charge fuels me: to walk alongside Black Femmes (women, girls, feminine identified) as they transform their pain and hurt into pleasure, power, and healing. I offer a loving, gentle space for millennials moving through various life transitions: career, relationship status, personal discovery/self-development, mindset challenges, parenthood, and spiritual development. My role is to serve as a mirror of the fundamental truths your heart knows: you are worthy, enough, beautiful, and have everything you need to get what you want from this life.

My philosophy is that each of us already has what we need to heal and live the lives we desire. I believe in a world where Black Communities are whole, rested, healed, and thriving.
