    Bouncing Back from Burnout

Burnt πŸ”₯ Crispy Crunchy πŸ”₯ Hot Dumpster Fire πŸ”₯ Tiyad πŸ”₯ Over it πŸ”₯ Done πŸ”₯ these are all ways I’ve heard my clients and friends describe being burnt out. Burnout is a state of physical and emotional exhaustion caused by stress and overwork. It can result from having too much to do or too little control over the tasks you’re expected to complete. In this Community Mental Health Workshop, we talk about burnout, how it happens, some of its signs and symptoms, and what radical recovery can look like.

If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department for mental health support.
